Service Description: Releases were scored using an algorithm developed jointly by the New Mexico Environment Department and the US Environmental Protection Agency. A lower number is a higher priority. Priority 1 - Imminent Risk To Receptors Priority 2 - Product (chemicals) At Site Priority 3 - Contaminents In Groundwater Not Prioritized No Further Action (NFA) Sites that have received an NFA letter have been sampled, and the contaminents found fall below the levels established by the EPA requiring remediation (cleanup) at that time.
