Service Description:  The Nonpoint Source (NPS) Program, is supported with federal Clean Water Act funds for watershed-based planning and implementation, and requires a match with non-federal dollars. Funds are available annually through requests for proposals to support watershed-based planning and implementation of WBPs. The NPS Program also supports in-house activities for water quality protection, education and outreach, protection of ground water, and interagency coordination.
